Appointments and Scheduling
I offer flexible appointment hours, with sessions during both days and evenings. Therapy sessions last 50 minutes, and are scheduled at a time that is convenient for both of us. Some clients prefer to have the same appointment time from one week to the next, while others need more flexible scheduling. We can work this out together.
Fees and Payment
The fee for individual, couple, and family sessions is $200. Payment is due at the end of each session, at which time you will be provided with an official receipt for insurance and tax purposes. Payment can be made by cash, personal cheque, or Interac e-transfer. You may also pay by credit card, with an additional fee of $8 per session.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions that are missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are billed at the full amount. However, if I am able to reschedule your missed or cancelled appointment during the same week, you will not be charged for the session.
